Bill discovered Tubac on an exploratory drive through Arizona. He found a place like no other, and immediately knew he "had finally come home." Bill continued to vacation in Tubac for a few years, and in 1985 he decided this is where he was meant to be and moved permanently. His initial plan was to retire from his successful career in radio, play golf and take advantage of the wondrous Tubac lifestyle. Bill quickly discovered he wasn't cut out for retirement, though. More importantly, he wanted to make a positive difference in the community. With an extensive background in sales and a genuine love for working one-on-one with people, he chose to pursue a career as a real estate professional.
